He has worked exclusively in Middle East & Africa on projects worth over € 977180390. Dr. Mazda K Turel, is known for his expertise in brain and spine treatments. He was awarded the Jacob Chandy Gold Medal at his graduation – a distinction that has been conferred previously to just 4 other recipients since it’s institution, 35 yrs ago. After his residency he earned a Degree in Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery from Beijing, China. He has also completed a Fellowship in Endoscopic Skullbase surgery & Neurooncology at the illustrious Toronto Western Hospital & another Fellowship in Minimally invasive & complex spine surgery at Rush University in Chicago. He is specialized in cerebrovascular surgery, with an emphasis on arterial bypasses in the brain.

He is currently practicing as a Neurosurgeon at the prestigious Wockhardt Hospitals. His prolific clinical research has garnered several academic accolades both nationally and internationally and has resulted in numerous publications in esteemed scientific journals.
